“Wow 21 days down. Official results are down 7 kgs all up, 8 cms in my waist (WOW!) and 6 cms in each thigh (DOUBLE WOW). I am not sure anyone could really see the results until I just did my after photo. This diet really worked for me, I feel great, and best of all I don’t feel like I need to rush out and get fish n chips now that I have reached 21 days. I also did this under a bit of a health problem and work stress on the extreme scale and managed to finish it. Best news is that coffee now doesn’t taste nice at all – given I used to have 6-8 cups a day this is huge. Thanks for your support and its great having people that understand. I especially like the motivational stuff around the nay-sayers and coping with others who think they have an opinion in your life. Biggest progress for me, is I never would let people see my before photo (9) before, I only ever posted the best photos all the while denying the obvious weight problem, and even in the after photo I am not done up to the nines, but very happy with the weight loss. So i’m going to start this 3 week challenge on Monday to kick start my weight loss journey. And reading everyones testimonials it sounds like they have all been a success. I just wanted to clarify, am i following the pre planned menu that is already set out? or do i make up my own menu plan each day/week as long as I’m
sticking to the foods that are set out.Sorry I’m just a little unsure

Hi there Rosie – you could do either follow the meal plan or invent your own one. So long as you use the foods on the list you will get great results. Regarding your recipes in the email – you should be getting them so long as you “opted in” to your second email confirmation when you signed up. Check your junk email for this email. if you don’t find that email to opt in, please email Haylee on info@slimyou.com and she can sort it for you.
Also when should I have recieved emails about the recipes etc?I purchased this on the 18th Jan
