Yaaaahoooooooo I have finished the 21 day challenge and am very pleased with the results. I unofficially started the 21 day challenge as soon as I received the programme, I didn’t have all the food I needed but I started making changes straight away by eating vege omelettes and avoiding bread. I immediately found that the omelettes were large, filling, delicious and very satisfying – who needs to slap an omelette on bread anymore, not Me!! I found the palm method introduction very helpful in making sure I had the right sized meals – I have large hands so it worked well for me. I quickly started to eat the house out of veges (this had never happened before), but wow what an awesome change. My unofficial start date was the 22nd of May weighing in at 89kgs. My official start date was the 26th of May weighing in at 86.9kgs, Waist 97cm, Thigh 44cm. My official end date Sun 15 April, weight in at 83.5, Waist 92cm, Thigh 43cm. So unofficially I have lost a total of 5.5kgs and feeling awesome. In the first week with all the correct food and oils that I required, I noticed that my skin was feeling great. I am prone to dry skin, but not any more – Whoop Whoop. I was really surprised with myself and my ability to stick to this eating plan, I found it really easy to follow and create tasty healthy and quick meals daily by using the portion sizes and trying a few of the meal ideas in the plan along with some tasty treats in the emails and on the website e.g. Chicken based pizza and the Coriander and cumin spiced covered chicken which I also used for fish, really yummy, thank you very much. Doing this over the Easter period was a huge challenge but I have a goal which helped me get through. My goal challenge starts this Sunday, which is 12 weeks of full on learning and exercise, I am sooo excited and truely looking forward to being successful in this endeavour. I will keep you posted.
