Its Easter and a really challenging time being surrounded by kids and my husband with chocolate but I have stayed strong. On Thursday night, end of the week before the holiday period, we move our junk food meal to Thursday and while the family were having processed meat pie for dinner – I had a lovely piece of snapper (cooked as per the recipe that one of the 21 dayers put up for chicken) with baby spinach, cucumber and feta with a sprinkling of balsamic vinegar – a very gorgeous meal – my husband was envious. In the first week I lost 3.1 kgs which is awesome and that was without much exercise, this weeks weight drop has slowed right down, maybe because I have increased the exercise and am eating less, my official weigh day is Monday so I hope to be showing at least a 100g drop. I hope everyones Easter is going well, remember its only one weekend in a year and if you want chocolate you can buy one peanut slab or a cream egg after the challenge
