    Is it better to eat 3 meals a day or 6 small meals a day? If snacks are allowed in between what do you suggest? and are they included in the palm method?

      Whoops sorry, just came across the menu planner! that answered my question!…I usually have tuna and chopped up cucumber,avacado,capsicums, tomato etc for lunch, so would i just basically grab a handful of that mixture (ie palm method) and that would be my serving size? sorry 4 questions, last one!!

        Oops sorry DK, should have read through all the info before posting the WBC question! The WBC has been shelved for the next 21 days and the fruit and full cream yoghurt (with LSA!) purchased

    I have heard cinnamon is good for fat burning, is there any truth in this? If so would adding cinnamon to breakfast help?
