“I decided I needed to do something about my weight and I also wanted to look my best when I gave my daughter away at her wedding in May and had been trying to lose the weight with minimal results. I have achieved what I set out to do and have the most amazing outfit to wear. All my clothes fit better, some are looser than others and I have so many more options of what I can wear. Its like having a whole new wardrobe About ten days ago I completed the 21 day challenge. I started out at 91.4kg and on day 21 I was 85.6kg. Atotal of 5.8kg and a whopping 2 3/4 inches off my waist. I have lost the puffy look from my eyes of which I am really pleased. I always thought it was due to lack of sleep. . I have also found the recordings very helpful and have also been to the Wellness Guys website as well, where there is an amazing amount of information. Exercise has been the most challenging habit to develop. A friend and I have been walking 5ks, 3 times a week before work and I also practice twice a week a martial art and I must say since I have lost the kilos both of these activities are easier. The food was terrific and I havebecome accustomed to eating breakfast, an apple for morning tea and a few nuts for afternoon tea. If I don’t have them it feels like something is missing. I am going to continue to eat this way because I feel more awake and have more energy than I ever have.” Jane
